Wheat Price Decline in Pakistan:
“In the past few weeks, we’ve observed a decrease in wheat prices in Pakistan coinciding with the arrival of the new season. Currently, the price of wheat ranges between 3,250 PKR to 3,500 PKR. This decline in wheat prices has consequently lowered the price of flour, reaching as low as 10,800 PKR per 100 kg in Pakistan. The decrease in wheat prices has created worries in the markets, especially for those who had stored flour before Eid. They are concerned about potential financial losses due to the sudden drop in prices. Businesses are now adjusting their pricing and inventory plans to cope with this unexpected change. This situation highlights the unpredictable nature of agricultural markets and the challenges that come with it.
